【摘要】 食用菌多糖的生物活性、食藥用價(jià)值及無毒副作用的特性已被認(rèn)可,且品種豐富、來源廣泛,具有很好的開發(fā)前景。綜述了物理、化學(xué)和生物方法提取食用菌多糖技術(shù)的研究進(jìn)展,并探討了其發(fā)展趨勢。
【Abstract】 The properties of edible fungi polysaccharide had been approved,such as bioactivity,food and medical on values and toxic side effect.The polysaccharides arerich in varieties,widely available and with a good development prospect.The article summarizes the Research advances on polysaccharide extracting technology with the methods of physical,chemical and biological,and investigates the development trend.
