【摘要】 食用菌菌糠中大量的菌糠蛋白、有機(jī)質(zhì)和活性物質(zhì)等營養(yǎng)成分是菌糠高效再利用的資源。從5個(gè)方面介紹了菌糠開發(fā)利用的前景,如菌糠可作為動(dòng)物飼料、農(nóng)作物肥料、食用菌的二次栽種、燃料和能源的材料以及土壤的改良劑和修復(fù)劑。

【Abstract】 Spent mushroom compost(SMC) contained a large amount nutrients,for instance protein,organic substances and other active compounds,which made SMC become a potential recourse of reused materials.This paper introduced the development of SMC from five aspects,which were using SMC as animal feed,plants feed,secondary materials for producing edible fungi,the materials for fuels and energy and soil improvement and fixing agents.
