【摘要】 試驗(yàn)測(cè)定了食用菌生產(chǎn)中常見污染的毛霉、根霉、曲霉、木霉、青霉對(duì)常用5種殺菌劑的敏感性。結(jié)果表明,5種霉菌對(duì)菇豐殺菌劑比較敏感,菇豐濃度在1∶1 000的條件下,對(duì)5種霉菌的抑制效果較強(qiáng)。
【Abstract】 In edible fungus production,5 kinds of fungicides sensitivity on common pollution Mucor,Rhizopus,Aspergillus,Penicillium,Trichoderma were determined.The results showed that 5 kinds of molds on mushroom were abundance of fungicide sensitive,and the mold of the 5 inhibitory effect were strong,when edibie furyi concentrations of 1∶1 000.
