【摘要】 測定菜園土、果園土、堆制土3種不同覆土的物理、化學(xué)性質(zhì)并檢測其對暗褐網(wǎng)柄牛肝菌(Phlebopusportentosus)菌棒覆土出菇的影響,結(jié)果表明,以菜園土為覆土出菇效果最好;其物理性質(zhì)與果園土無顯著差異,但在全碳、全磷、有效磷、速效鉀、有效鋅含量上高于另外兩種覆土,達(dá)到極顯著或顯著水平。

【Abstract】 Selected physicochemical properties of garden soil,orchard soil and compost soil samples used as casing materials for the cultivation of Phlebopus portentosus were determined and the effects of the different casing soils on mushroom fruit body formation were evaluated.No significant differences were recorded in the physical properties of the garden and orchard soils but the total nitrogen,total phosphorus,available phosphorus,available potassium and available zinc levels in garden soil were sign...
