【摘要】 對靈芝(Ganoderma lucidum)孢子進(jìn)行熱水提取和超臨界CO2萃取,將得到提取物和萃取物按一定比例調(diào)制成試驗樣品進(jìn)行延緩皮膚衰老功效的研究。感官評估結(jié)果顯示,受試者連續(xù)使用試驗樣品12周后,在皮膚干燥度、彈性、光澤度、細(xì)小皺紋和光滑度達(dá)到中等改善的比例分別為25.8%、6.5%、25.8%、6.4%和29%;專業(yè)儀器測定結(jié)果顯示,第8周開始,皮膚彈性明顯改善(P<0.05);第12周,皮膚粗糙度明顯的改善(P<0.05)。表明靈芝孢子活性成分具有一定的延緩皮膚衰老作用。
【Abstract】 The skin protective properties of a preparation consisting of a 10% aqueous extract combined with a supercritical CO2 extract of Ganoderma lucidum broken-walled spores in a 4∶1(v∶v) ratio were tested on 35 women aged between 30 and 60 years.After continuous application of the test material for 12 weeks,sensory evaluation data showed that the percentage of test subjects showing moderate improvements in skin dryness,elasticity,surface sheen,fine wrinkles and smoothness were 25.8%,6.5%,25.8 %,6.4% ...
