【摘要】 通過(guò)單因素試驗(yàn)及響應(yīng)曲面法試驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì),研究了熱水浸提云南野生大紅菇多糖的條件。結(jié)果表明,大紅菇多糖的最佳提取工藝條件為提取時(shí)間5.20 h,提取溫度91℃,水料比(mL∶g)為57∶1。在此工藝條件下,大紅菇多糖的提取率為7.0536%。經(jīng)試驗(yàn)證明優(yōu)化的大紅菇多糖水法提取工藝簡(jiǎn)單且穩(wěn)定,是可行的提取方案。
【Abstract】 Single factor experiment and response surface method were used in this research to optimize polysaccharides extraction from Russula alutacea.The results indicated that the optimum extraction conditions were extraction time 5.20 h,extraction temperature 91℃ and Water-feed ratio(mL︰g) 57︰1.Under these conditions the yield of polysaccharides was 7.0741%.It was a feasible extraction program.
