【摘要】 通過正交實驗法優(yōu)化了紅菇子實體多糖熱水浸提法的條件為水料比30,浸提溫度60℃,浸提時間3 h。在此提取條件下,提取率為4.33%。粗多糖經(jīng)過DEAE-纖維素陰離子交換柱層析得到D1、D2、D3和D4四個組分。研究了紅菇粗多糖及其各組分的還原能力、對.OH的清除作用以及清除NO2-的作用,以此來評價該多糖的抗氧化活性。結(jié)果表明,紅菇多糖具有一定的還原力,對.OH具有明顯的清除作用,在體外模擬胃液條件下對NO2-有一定的清除作用。
【Abstract】 The research for optimization of ratio of liquid to solid,extraction temperature and the duration of time in extracting polysaccharide from Russula vinosa had been undertaken by orthogonal experiment of L9(34).The extraction rate was 4.33% under the optimum conditions which were ratio of liquid to solid(v·w-1) 30,temperature 60℃ and duration of time 3 h.Four fractions(D1,D2,D3 and D4) were identified from the Russula vinosa polysaccharide by ion exchange chromatography on DEAE-cellulose.The anti...
