【摘要】 對采自遼寧省老禿頂子國家級自然保護區(qū)的野生褐褶邊小奧德蘑(Oudemansiella brunneo-marginata)進行生物學特性和馴化栽培探究。試驗結果表明,褐褶邊小奧德蘑在闊葉樹木屑加富培養(yǎng)基(配方4:200g馬鈴薯,200g闊葉木屑,20g葡萄糖,3g磷酸二氫鉀,1.5g硫酸鎂,15g瓊脂,1000mL蒸餾水,pH自然)上生長較好,適宜碳、氮源分別是葡萄糖、蔗糖和蛋白胨,適宜pH為7;在3種供試培養(yǎng)料中均能形成子實體,其中在闊葉樹木屑培養(yǎng)料中(78%闊葉樹木屑,20%麩皮,1%石灰,1%白砂糖,60%左右含水量)發(fā)菌最快,形成原基最早、數量最多。
