【摘要】 用鱗蓋紅菇(Russula lepida)菌絲體多糖連續(xù)灌胃H22荷瘤小鼠10d。與陰性對(duì)照組相比,多糖組的瘤重降低,Bcl-2和突變型P53的表達(dá)下調(diào),表明鱗蓋紅菇菌絲體多糖對(duì)H22荷瘤鼠有抑瘤作用,可以抑制H22肝癌細(xì)胞的增殖。
【Abstract】 H-22 liver tumor-bearing mice were administered physiological saline intragastrically(negative control),5-flurouracil intraperitoneally(positive control) or Russula lepida mycelial polysaccharide intragastrically(test group) and sacrificed after 10 days.Our data revealed that R.lepida mycelial polysaccharide inhibited tumor growth and that proliferation of the cancer cells was due to decreased expression of Bcl-2 and mutant P53 proteins.
