【摘要】 以國(guó)內(nèi)靈芝(Ganoderma)栽培菌株粵GL-YW(G.lucidum)和粵GL-YWZ(G.sinense)為對(duì)照,對(duì)3株采自坦桑尼亞的野生靈芝(Ganoderma)菌株的人工栽培子實(shí)體進(jìn)行多糖和三萜含量測(cè)定。結(jié)果表明,3個(gè)野生菌株子實(shí)體中多糖和三萜含量均顯著高于對(duì)照菌株,值得進(jìn)一步開發(fā)和推廣。
【Abstract】 Fruit bodies of three wild-type Ganoderma strains collected in the Amani Wildlife Refuge in Tanzania contained significantly higher amounts of polysaccharide and triterpenoids compared with levels recorded in Ganoderma cultivars Yue GL-YW(G.lucidum) and Yue GL-YWZ(G.sinense) from China,and should be further developed and promoted.
