【摘要】 分別測(cè)定氟蟲(chóng)雙酰胺、烯啶蟲(chóng)胺和噻蟲(chóng)嗪3種殺蟲(chóng)劑對(duì)古田山多菌蚊(Docosia gutiuushana)的殺蟲(chóng)活性。室內(nèi)毒力測(cè)定表明,3種殺蟲(chóng)劑對(duì)多菌蚊都有一定的殺蟲(chóng)作用,其中噻蟲(chóng)嗪的殺蟲(chóng)效果最好,氟蟲(chóng)雙酰胺效果最差,噻蟲(chóng)嗪室內(nèi)毒力測(cè)定的LD50值為40.84mg/L;田間藥效試驗(yàn)表明:噻蟲(chóng)嗪制劑濃度為2000mg/L時(shí),1d的多菌蚊校正死亡率為90.36%,7d的校正死亡率為79.98%,且顯著高于其它藥劑。
【Abstract】 The efficacy of different concentrations of flubendiamide,nitenpyram and thiamethoxam in controlling Docosia gutiuushana a common insect pest associated with mushroom growing activities,was determined under both laboratory and field conditions.Thiamethoxam exhibited the highest insecticidal activity,followed by nitenpyram.In laboratory tests,the LD50 value for thiamethoxam was 40.84 mg/L,and the corrected mortality values for D.gutiuushana were 90.36% and 79.98% after exposure to 2000 mg/L for o...
