【摘要】 對我國現(xiàn)行食用菌標(biāo)準(zhǔn)情況進(jìn)行了整理分析,并針對目前我國食用菌標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)工作中存在的問題提出了一些建議。

【Abstract】 The current situation of our state standards for edible fungi were analysed and discussed,specially for the existed main questions of our state standards for edible fungi,giving the formulated and revised advices.
