【摘要】 用杏鮑菇9號(hào)菌株和11號(hào)菌株通過(guò)單孢雜交育種技術(shù)選育出杏鮑菇14號(hào)雜交新菌株。杏鮑菇14號(hào)雜交新菌株的子實(shí)體呈棍棒形,生物學(xué)效率達(dá)到84.64%。
【Abstract】 Hybrid new strain No.14 of Pleurotus eryngii was successfully selected through the crossbreeding of the single spore from parent strains of No.9 and No.11 of Pleurotus eryngii.The experiment results showed that the fruitbody morphology was clavate type and the biological efficiency was 84.64%.
