【摘要】 以廣州科學城的"南方食用菌菌種優(yōu)良新品種繁育與示范栽培基地"為案例,闡述了節(jié)能技術(shù)在食用菌工廠化生產(chǎn)中的系統(tǒng)設計和綜合應用效果。首次采用熱泵和熱回收相結(jié)合的技術(shù);創(chuàng)新設計全人工環(huán)境實時調(diào)控系統(tǒng),調(diào)節(jié)優(yōu)化食用菌栽培環(huán)境,保障產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量及穩(wěn)定性;創(chuàng)新設計封閉式的環(huán)境控制和空氣過濾系統(tǒng),隔離蟲害和雜菌的侵染途徑。該示范基地整個系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)了綜合節(jié)能20%以上。
