中西餐終于有了統(tǒng)一的翻譯標準,3月13日,北京市政府外事辦消息,新出版的《美食譯苑——中文菜單英文譯法》共規(guī)范了3102個中西餐飲食名稱,其中包括菇菌類菜肴33道。并向北京市各大餐館推廣。
據(jù)介紹,《美食譯苑》共分三章分別對中餐、西餐、飲品進行了標準英文翻譯。參加此次翻譯的專家包括北京外國語大學、清華大學、北京大學以及外交部翻譯專家、外籍專家、駐外大使等,力爭讓完全不懂中華文化的外國賓客一眼就能看懂。
33道食用菌菜肴及英文名分別為:
1、 鮑汁花菇 Braised Mushrooms in Abalone Sauce
2、菜膽白靈菇 Braised Mushrooms and Green Vegetable
3、菜膽杏包菇 Sautéed Green Vegetable with Mushrooms
