SOME ENTOMOGENOUS FUNGI FROM WUYISHAN AND ZHANGJIAJIE NATURE RESERVES I. CORDYCEPS
Abstract:Three new species of Cordyceps, C. wuyishanensis, C. zhangjiajiensis and C. maolanoides were described. C. wuyishanensis differs from its relatives by bearing distinct characters of cylindrical fertile part, non-perennial stroma, continuous ascospores and septum cells up to 6~10μm long. The comparative characters distinguishing C. zhangjiajiensis from other species related were small stroma without lignification, superficial perithecia and secondary ascospores up to 15~23μm long. In the macro- and micro-characteristics of morphology, C. maolanoides was similar to C.maolanensis, but the stroma and perithecia of the former were smaller than those of the latter. Additionally, Paecilomyces fumosoroseus was observed to be associated with the C. geotrupis. Specimens examined were deposited in the Laboratory of Fungus Resources, Guizhou University (LFRGU).

武夷山和張家界自然保護區(qū)的一些蟲生真菌 I. 蟲草屬

摘 要:從武夷山和張家界自然保護區(qū)發(fā)現(xiàn)三蟲草新種,武夷山蟲草Cordyceps wuyishanensis, 張家界蟲草Cordyceps zhangjiajiensis 和擬茂蘭蟲草Cordyceps maolanoides.武夷山蟲草和其近緣種的主要區(qū)別是,可孕部分柱狀、非多年生、子囊孢子不斷裂和間細胞長達6~10μm.張家界蟲草與其近緣種相比較的鑒別特征為非木質化的較小子座、子囊殼表生和具有較長的(15~23μm)次生子囊孢子.擬茂蘭蟲草和近緣種茂蘭蟲草C.maolanoides的形態(tài)特征相近,其主要差別是前者的子座和子囊殼都小得多.報道了玫煙色擬青霉Paecilomyces fumosoroseus與蜣螂蟲草Cordyceps geotrupis 有密切關系.研究標本保存于貴州大學真菌資源研究室(LFRGU).
