    Artificial Cultivation of Medicinal Mushroom, Phellinus linteus Using Mulberry Log

    Abstract:For comparison of the mycelial colonization of Phellinus linteus on log, the sterilized short log inoculation, drilling inoculation and log-end sandwich inoculation were conducted. The mycelial colonization of P. linteus on logs was good in the sterilized short log inoculation, but traditional method such as drilling inoculation and log-end sandwich inoculation were poor. The initial mycelial growth and the full mycelial colonization of P. linteus were best on 20 cm of short log under the condition of 42% of moisture content in log. Also the initial mycelial growth of P. linteus was accelerated over 12 hours of sterilization. Burying method after 5~6 months incubation of log was best in the basidiocarp formation of P. linteus. The fruiting body formation of P. linteus was quite good in the cultivation house controlled at the temperature range of 31~35?B℃ and over 96% of relative humidity.

    利用桑木人工栽培藥用真菌靈芝(Phellinus linteus)的研究

    摘 要:比較了利用無(wú)菌短木接種法、鉆孔接種法和端木夾心接種法等接種方法接種桑樹(shù)段木后Phellinus linteus的菌絲生長(zhǎng)和定殖狀況.研究表明利用滅菌的短木接種P.linteus,生長(zhǎng)和定殖良好,傳統(tǒng)的鉆孔接種法和端木夾心接種法菌絲生長(zhǎng)定殖不好.P.linteus在20 cm長(zhǎng)的桑木上生長(zhǎng)和定殖所需的最適的含水量為42%,接種后12 h,P.linteus立即進(jìn)入快速生長(zhǎng)期.接種后的桑木埋入土壤中需要5~6個(gè)月產(chǎn)生擔(dān)子果,在培養(yǎng)室內(nèi)溫度為31~35?B℃,相對(duì)濕度大于96%時(shí)有利于子實(shí)體的形成.
