被毛孢屬一新種DD長座蟲草的無性型

摘 要:報道長座蟲草Cordyceps longissima Kobayasi的無性型為長座被毛孢新種Hirsutella longissima sp.nov.。用子囊孢子分離得到的無性型與子座柄部粘片所見的被毛孢相同;用分離菌在米飯培養(yǎng)基上人工誘發(fā)出的子座與天然子座相似,這表明長座被毛孢為長座蟲草的無性型。

Abstract:Cordyceps longissima Kobayasi, collected from Huoshan County of Anhui Province, was reported. Hirsutella longissima isolated from its secondary ascospores was determined to be its anamorph based on microcycle conidiation and induced fruitbody. The typical characteristics of the fungus were described. Some immature stromata formed on an artificial medium. Their shape and color were similar to those of natural stromata.
