草菇低溫誘導(dǎo)蛋白研究初探

摘 要:對低溫處理的草菇Volvariellavolvacea菌絲體的可溶性蛋白進(jìn)行分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)草菇菌絲在低溫協(xié)迫中有新的可溶性蛋白產(chǎn)生,應(yīng)用電泳技術(shù)分離純化了草菇菌絲體中的一個(gè)低溫誘導(dǎo)蛋白,經(jīng)等電聚焦分析,該蛋白質(zhì)的等電點(diǎn)6.79,SDS-聚丙烯酰胺凝膠電泳分析該蛋白質(zhì)是由人分子量為70KD和48KD的兩條多肽所組成.

Abstract:A cold inducible protein was found in soluble proteins of Volvariella volvacea mycelium treated by low treatment. This protein was isolated and purified by electrophoresis technique. The isoelectric point of this protein is 6.79 and the result of SDS?polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis indicated that the cold inducible protein consists of two polypeptides with molecular weight 48000 and 70000 Da respectively.
